The cafe area and waiting area tables were full of food and rubbish from the previous session I think, like half eaten pizza etc.We visited today and the entire centre was freezing with no heating on, making for an exceptionally uncomfortable visit. After nearly getting to the front of the queue a member of staff shouted from the party check in, 'anyone who has booked online move over to her desk, I moved bit a load of newcomers just bailed to the front. Surely they could have a better way of dealing with lots of people at the entrance. Waited over 10 minutes in a queue for a drink for them Waited over 20 minutes in a queue to get in after pre booked online. Surely charging what they do they can afford to get it fixed. Everytime they have been the Total Wipe out was broken. just not a good experience at all and I won’t be wasting my money again at this placeīrought grandkids here. The coffee machine ran out of milk half way through my order which the staff member put on my tray, refilled the coffee machine and finished my second order without coming back to my half filled coffee and charged me full price for the 2x coffees! There was rubbish left on tables from previous visitors. £2 a pair! The venue looks very much the part but the Wipe Out section was out of order, too many kids running around, the cafe always had a massive queue with 1 young person on her own so was waiting 10-15mins to be served. My children have visited many trampoline vicinities and wear the special socks but Flip Out insisted I had to purchase their socks with their brand which were exactly the same as what I had already. An absolute nightmare to park! there just isn’t enough car parking spaces so we had to park in a retail park which is a 10 minute walk away not good with little ones on a busy road and no paths.
